"Order arrived, but the lack of updates was frustrating"
My order did turn out fine in the end, but the communication really wasn’t great. I had to follow up a couple of times just to find out what was going on, which made the whole experience more stressful than it needed to be. For the hassle and delays in getting a response, I’d expect some sort of compensation or goodwill gesture

"Ordering was fine, but a little unclear"
My order did go through without any major problems, but the site felt a bit slow and I found myself double-checking a few steps because the instructions weren’t as clear as I expected. The confirmation email came through after a while, so everything worked out in the end. Overall, not a bad experience, but it could definitely be a bit smoother and easier to follow.

"Quick, easy payment process"
I ordered some paint from paintdepot.co.uk the payment bit was really straightforward. My card went through first time and the confirmation email landed pretty much straight away.
No random errors, no having to start over, just a nice simple checkout that felt secure. Always appreciate it when things are that hassle-free — I’d happily use them again.

"Good prices, didn’t feel like I overpaid"
The prices were good, which is what I was looking for. I always hate feeling like I missed out on a better deal somewhere else, but this felt fair enough and I’m happy with it.

I had to wait a bit because one of the tins I wanted was out of stock. Not a huge deal for me, but it was a little inconvenient since I was hoping to get everything at once

"Super easy to use"
I had a really easy time using the Paint Depot site. Finding the paint I needed was simple, and the filters actually worked, which is kind of ridiculous how rare that is on some websites. Checkout was quick, everything loaded fine on my phone, and I didn’t run into anything confusing. I just picked what I wanted, ordered it, and that was it. I’d definitely use it again

I ordered a colour match from Paint Depot and it actually arrived quickly. The paint was easy enough to use and I didn’t have any problems with the quality of it, so no complaints there really.
The colour was close, but I’m not sure it was an exact match. Maybe I’m being a bit too picky, but in daylight I can notice the difference slightly. It was fine for a small touch-up, though I’d probably think twice before using it on a larger wall.

"Finally got a refund without being messed around"
I expected this to turn into another stressful back-and-forth, because that usually seems to happen to me. But surprisingly, my refund was sorted quickly and I didn’t have to chase anyone or deal with any hassle.

"Helpful support for trade orders"
I’ve used paintdepot.co.uk a few times now for trade bits, and overall it’s been a good experience. The support team have been easy to deal with, especially when I had a question about a bulk order, they got back to me the same day without loads of back and forth.
The only thing that stopped it being 5 stars was one delivery update coming through a bit late, so I did have to chase it up. That said, the staff were helpful once I contacted them and got it sorted quickly, so I’d still be happy to use them again.

"Good range, but stock was a bit hit and miss"
They do have some decent paint brands on there, which is handy, but a few of the ones I was after were either out of stock or didn’t have many colour options. The site itself was easy to use. Anyway, it wasn’t a bad experience overall, just a bit hit and miss for me.

The paint itself was fine, no complaints there, but the delivery turned up 4 days late, and there wasn’t really any proper update either. Bit annoying, to be honest

"Delivery was way slower than expected"
I ordered some paint expecting it to show up within a few days, but it ended up taking over a week. There also weren’t many updates along the way, which made it more annoying. The paint itself was fine once it finally arrived, but the delivery was just too slow. I’d probably think twice if I needed it in a hurry.

"Good service, just wish the tins weren’t dented"
The paint turned up quickly and the colour was exactly what I ordered, so at first I was thinking, great, no issues here. Then I opened the box and saw two of the tins were badly dented. Thankfully nothing had leaked, so I could still use the paint, but yeah, a bit frustrating. I’d probably order again because the service was good, but I’d definitely be hoping the packaging is better next time.

I ordered a few tins and the delivery cost was fair, which was a nice surprise because sometimes you get to checkout and suddenly it’s ridiculous. Anyway, it all turned up when it was meant to, packaging was fine too, so yeah, no complaints from me.

Box was flimsy, so the paint tins had clearly been banging around during delivery. One of the lids had leaked a bit too. Not really what you want after paying for shipping.

I’ve used paintdepot.co.uk a couple of times now and it’s been good, they seem to have a decent range and I found the brand and finish I wanted without much hassle, plus it was handy being able to chuck rollers and masking tape in the same order instead of having to go somewhere else.
It did take me a bit longer than expected to compare all the colours because there’s quite a lot to choose from and I kept going back and forth, but overall I was happy with what they had and the whole thing was simple enough, I’d use them again.

My order arrived, but some of the items were missing. I’ve already reached out and I’m still waiting for a reply, which is frustrating. I really don’t want to have to keep chasing this down when it should’ve been right the first time

"Colour wasn’t quite what I expected"
I ordered a tin after looking at the colour online and, I mean, it’s fine, but it wasn’t quite what I had in mind. It’s close, just a bit darker once it was actually on the wall, which was slightly annoying but not the end of the world. The paint itself went on well and delivery was okay, so no major drama there. I just wish the colour had matched the sample a bit better.
